SMARTLINE Digital Vacuum Gauges

The new Smartline Vacuum Gauges meet highest demands with regards to functionality, usability, precision and reliability. All instruments are “Made in Germany” and have been delveloped and manufactured by Thyracont Vacuum Instruments GmbH.

Typical applications for the Smartline vacuum gauges are vacuum coating, sputtering or vacuum furnaces.

Features of the digital vacuum gauge:

• Measuring range 1000 mbar to 5e-10 mbar / 750 Torr to 5e-10 Torr
• High accuracy and resolution
• Various sensor options: Pirani, combination sensors piezo/Pirani, Pirani/Cold Cathode, Pirani/Hot Cathode (Bayard Alpert)
• Optionally with large LCD display with background illumination
• RS485 interface, additional 0-10 V output, optionally EtherCAT
• Maximum availability of your equipment due to exchangeable sensor heads

• VSR Piezo/Pirani vacuum gauge, measuring range 1200 mbar to 1e-4 mbar
• VSP Pirani vacuum gauge, measuring range 1000 mbar to 1e-4 mbar
• VSM Pirani/cold cathode vacuum gauge, measuring range 1000 mbar to 5e-9 mbar
• VSH Pirani/hot cathode vacuum gauge, measuring range 1000 mbar to 5e-10 mbar
