VSP841 – Passive Pirani vacuum sensor for spectrometry

  •     Passive vacuum gauge with long time stability
  •     Durable vacuum sensor, elastic helix filament
  •     Vacuum sensor pre-adjusted
  •     Extremely small sensor volume
  •     Screwable, electric connector of the vacuum gauge
  •     Proposal for evaluation circuit available on request

Ideally suited for:

  • XRF spectrometry

SMARTLINE VACUUM GAUGES FOR ANALYTICAL INSTRUMENTS:

VSM combination sensor vacuum gauge with Pirani / Cold cathode sensor

  • Resilient vacuum transducer with patented pulsed Pirani sensor with extended lifetime
  • RS485 interface, signal output 0 – 10 V, logarithmic
  • Vacuum gauge sensor head is easily replaceable
  • Dry relay switch points, independent from each other

VSP Vacuum gauge with Pirani-sensor

  • Very good reproducibility, accurate measurements with optimal compensation of temperature
  • Ample measuring range 1000-1e-4 mbar
  • Vacuum gauge with high resolution and accuracy
  • Vacuum gauge is adjustable by one button click
  • Durable Pirani vacuum gauge

VSH combination sensor Pirani / Hot cathode sensor (Bayard-Alpert)

  • Vacuum gauge with a patented pulsed Pirani sensor – the extended range allows use of the hot cathode at a lower pressure and therefore increases the lifetime of the vacuum sensor
  • Outstanding repeatability as well as accuracy
  • RS485 interface, signal output 0 – 10 V, logarithmic
  • The sensor heads of the unit are replaceable and bakeable up to180 °C without electronics
  • Double filament Bayard-Alpert gauge – if one filament fails, the gauge will automatically switch to the backup filament
  • Dry relay switch points, independent from each other
  • Accurate pressure readings due to separate gas type correction factors for hot cathode and Pirani sensors
